Nothing is ever free, not even if people reassure you that it is. I have a four hundred dollar bill because of emergency room visit. I went because I was having terrible suicidal thoughts. The lady at the center (who was giving me free mental health services) said it was all free of charge. I kept asking her, just to make sure I had heard right.
