The anxiety is building into my chest. It’s suffocating.  The feeling of emptiness in the pit of my stomach. I really don’t know what to think, but I keep going back to one thing; I make the people I care about sad, I’m an evil person.

Circle Lens!
I have my eye appointment in early March, so I’ll have an updated prescription for my eyes. My question to you Gals is, ” What’s the rule of picking out the color of your circle lens”? My natural eye color is blue. Do I just need to pick blue or lighter colors or can I pick out darker shades like brown?

When I have a child, I won’t discipline them by beating them. I was beat as a child, and it only instilled fear in me. There are plenty of better methods to disciplining a child. You want your child to respect you, not fear you.
